Intuition & The Sixth Sense

Intuition & The Sixth Sense

Becoming Intuitive is a very individual and personal process. There are not rules on how this should happen. Everyone is unique, it is something that grows on the inside. Walk your own path, not the well-formed trail.

When you learn to flow completely without resistance, with that inner creative movement, then you are home. This is what being home is. The difference is simple. The sixth sense gives you a general feeling; your intuition fills in the spaces.

Intuition is the act or ability of knowing immediately, without the use of reasoning and without being aware of how we know. We just do.

How often has that happened to you? You just knew something good was about to happen, or something was wrong with a friend or family member. For centuries it has been referred to as our “sixth sense”. We talk about intuition so often, without realising it, using words such as gut feeling, or instinct. We might say things like “It just feels right”, “I knew it” , “It hit me”, “Something just clicked” or “The solution suddenly became clear”.

We all have intuition. It is an ability we are born with, and it occurs naturally. Just as some of us are born with sports or artistic abilities, some of us have easier access to our intuition. Just as we can improve our our skills, such as playing an instrument or playing football, so can we practice to improve our intuitive accuracy.

With increased confidence and belief in your inner voice, people often see improvement in personal and professional relationships.
